I just got an email from one the guys on this mailing list asking
about Ableton Live Packs. These are basically files used in Ableton to
give you a wider range of presets and samples for Ableton’s Instruments.
The more options you have at your disposal, the easier it is to keep
in the creative flow.
I am in the process of creating my own live packs as well as a
sample CD to be released soon. In the meantime I wanted to link you
to some free Live packs that some of you might find useful. Since I
haven’t yet had the time to go through all of these myself, I’d be
interested in getting some feedback on these. I would also love to
hear about what kind of samples or presets might be most useful to
you and your songwriting.
